Rev. Digna A. Marte is currently the Principal of Cesar A. Batalla School in Bridgeport Public Schools and was Managing Director of Partnerships for Teach For America, Connecticut. She also is the founder and CEO of 3D Consultants, LLC and served as an Instructional Leadership Coach and Consultant for TAJU Educational Solutions in the areas of Dual Language programing and the Science of the Bilingual Reading Brain.
Rev. Marte is a transformational equity and data-driven leader with eighteen (18) years of Pre-k to 12th grade public school experience in Connecticut, including New Haven, Bridgeport, Hartford, and Fairfield as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Fairfield Public Schools where she started as a teacher in 2008.
Rev. Marte has a passion for building students, teachers, systems, and structures to help empower communities through education, ministry, and social justice in all aspects of her life.
