The Connecticut Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (CALAS) was founded in 2015 to advance Latino leadership and support equitable education. As an official state affiliate of the Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (ALAS), CALAS is dedicated to fostering quality education for Latino students and developing Hispanic/Latino educational leaders.

Our mission is to foster quality and equitable public education to Latino Connecticut students as we seek to inspire, cultivate, develop, and support Hispanic/Latino educational leaders and talent.
